Product we use for hydrocarbon fire proofing or petrochemical industry.

Cafco FENDOLITE Â® MII

Cafco FENDOLITE® MII is a spray applied, single package factory controlled premix, based on vermiculite and Portland cement.

Cafco FENDOLITE® MII produces a monolithic coating able to withstand the thermal shocks experienced in a high intensity hydrocarbon fire. Concrete structures in particular, will be protected from explosive spalling when coated with Cafco FENDOLITE® MII.

Although low in density, thus significantly reducing dead load, Cafco FENDOLITE® MII is highly durable and will not crack or spall under mechanical impact.

Cafco FENDOLITE® MII does not release toxic or hazardous fumes, and presents no known health hazards either before, during or after application. The surface may either be spray textured, roller or float finished.

Cafco FENDOLITE® MII is used for application on construction elements such as individual steel or concrete sections particularly where off-site application is required.

Cafco FENDOLITE Â® TG

Cafco FENDOLITE® TG provides structural fire protection for application by trowel in interior and fully exposed environments.

Structures protected with Cafco FENDOLITE® TG have been internationally fire tested to provide up to 4 hours fire resistance. Cafco FENDOLITE® TG will not fail after the prescribed regulatory fire resistance period but will continue to afford a predictable measure of protected for the duration of the fire.

Cafco FENDOLITE® TG’s effectiveness will not be impaired or destroyed by the effects of water impingement (thermal shock) from fire hoses or sprinkler systems.

Cafco FENDOLITE® TG will remain in place and will not be affected by wind turbulence.
Cafco FENDOLITE® TG’s resistance to impact damage enables its specification within environments where durability is essential.

Cafco MANDOLITE® 550

Cafco MANDOLITE® 550 is a spray applied, single package factory controlled premix, based on vermiculite and Portland cement.
Cafco MANDOLITE® 550 produces a monolithic coating able to withstand the high thermal shocks experienced in high intensity hydrocarbon fuelled fires, particularly jet fires.
Cafco MANDOLITE® 550 may be used anywhere above the splash zone on offshore installations, and even in the splash zone with suitable protection. It is easy to install and maintain in a wide range of climates.
Although the added applied weight to a structure is low, Cafco MANDOLITE® 550 will accommodate structural flexing and also has excellent resistance to explosions.
Cafco MANDOLITE® 550 is used for application to offshore steel or concrete structures, storage vessels and supports. It is also used on pre-assembled units prior to transportation to site as well as to structures fire proofed after site erection. The offshore oil and gas industries will benefit from the use of Cafco MANDOLITE®550.

 ISOLATEK® Type M-II

ISOLATEK® Type M-II is the industry’s leading High-density Wet Mix Spray-Applied Fire Resistive Material (SFRM) designed to provide fire protection for structural steel and concrete where physical abuse or high traffic may be anticipated.

Due to its Portland cement formulation, thermal performance and proven superior durability, and ease of application, ISOLATEK Type M-II is the preferred choice worldwide for use in the most challenging commercial and industrial applications.

It is specifically developed for spray and trowel applications to protect structural columns and beams in exterior environments and interior applications where highest levels of abrasion resistance and durability are necessary.
Recommended for interior and exterior exposed application to include clean rooms, parking garages, mechanical rooms, manufacturing facilities, petrochemical plants, and other industrial uses where high density concrete type protection is required.

ISOLATEK Type TG.

When application of the fire protection is required on a live plant, there are occasions when it is considered that application by spray may prove too high a risk in terms of spark ignition. ISOLATEK Type TG has been developed for application by trowel in areas where spraying is impractical or not permitted and has the same technical capabilities to perform as the spray grade material.

Pyrocrete 40

Single powder component mixed with clean, potable water before it is used in application. Recommended uses for the fire protection of structural steel, bulkheads, and upgrading the fire resistance of any existing concrete. Recommended areas of application are pharmaceutical facilities, power plants, penthouses, schools & hospitals, abatement spray and air plenums

Pyrocrete 241

A high density, Portland cement based, cementitious fireproofing that is mixed with clean, potable water onsite before application and spray applied to the substrate. It provides 1 - 4 hour fire protection for structural steel, bulkheads, and upgrades the fire resistance of existing concrete. Recommended areas of application include refineries, petrochemical, pharmaceutical facilities, pulp and paper mills, offshore platforms, nuclear and conventional power plants, factories, warehouses, institutional and biomedical facilities.

VERMITEX® â€˜TH

Vermitex® â€˜TH’ is a Vermiculite Special Cement blend plus trace chemical additives and other graded minerals which have been formulated to provide passive fire protection to elements of building construction: Interior elements requiring a high degree of mechanical impact resistance, Severe Industrial and Coastal Marine Environments (Refer AS 2312 Section 2).

Avikote AV 650

Avikote AV 650 Petrochemical Grade Cementitious Fireproofing has been developed by Arabian Vermiculite Industries to meet specialty petrochemical fireproofing requirements, conforms to UL 1709 with corrosion inhibitors for the protection of the steel and metal lath.

Avikote AV 650 is a Portland cement-based spray and/or trowel applied product.  Only the addition of water at the job site is required for application.
